Development of the launch & opening strategy

Destination Decoded worked alongside the ownership, interior designer, management company, food and beverage consultants and branding agency to support the opening strategy of The Morrow Hotel. Through the year and a half project, Destination Decoded developed the guest journey brand pull-through work and supported the development of the launch strategy, OS&E selects, uniform design, brand identity execution for the hotel and restaurants, recruitment of sales and marketing staff members and RFP’ing and hiring of local and national public relations agencies.

Look & Feel

The look and feel The Morrow Hotel came to life through executing the brand’s visual strategy and key materials development, including developing a broadsheet destination guide and wellness experiences booklet signature to the brand experience.
