NoMa’s Newest Destination.


Destination Decoded worked alongside the ownership, interior designer, management company, food and beverage partner, and branding agency to support the opening strategy of The Morrow Hotel, a new vibrant destination in D.C. Through the year-and-a-half project, Destination Decoded developed the guest journey brand pull-through work and supported the development of the pre-opening strategy, OS&E selects, uniform design, brand identity execution for the hotel and restaurants, recruitment of sales and marketing staff members and RFP’ing, and hiring of local and national public relations agencies.
